Excellent product
My lips were staying chapped all the time. Since I started using this mask I wake up with normal healthy lips. No more peeling.

Holy moly
After nearly a month of bleeding, peeling, cracked, painful lips and trying every oil, butter, cream, mask and treatment for them this is the only thing that helped. After ONE night of use my lips are 75% better FINALLY. Its silky smooth and shiny, no smell, no taste and apparently magical healing powers. The next morning my lips felt a bit dry but I let them be and used the mask again at night. 10/10

Very Nourishing
I’ve been using this for about 2 years, at bedtime, over lip stain, when my lips get a little dry, etc. It’s very nourishing and doesn’t sit on top of the skin like some lip products do. It leaves my lips feeling soft and moisturized, and I plan to try some of this brand’s other lip products soon. The only downside I would say is that sometimes there are small beads of hardened oil that do not melt down like the rest of the balm. But other than that, I’ve loved it.

Like this lip mask
Like this lip mask better than the coconut one. I had to apply the coconut one more often than this one. This one I noticed my lips do feel softer and less dry even when it has absorbed. The coconut one my lips still felt dry and cracked even after it absorbed so I had to keep applying it.

This product does not meet my expectations
This product does not meet my expectations. I am a little bit disappointed, my lips are still dry, and I’ve been using it every day for the past three weeks.

Update: I was amazed to get a response to this from the seller, offering a full refund! Nobody refunds toiletries, right?! But they chose to even though it was my allergies at fault. They did NOT ask me to update my review, but I feel like anyone who goes out of their way to offer a refund I didn’t even ask for deserves 5 stars. Especially when it’s not their product that was necessarily bad but rather that I have very bad allergies.—-Didn’t work for me but I have a lot of allergies to things, so I am giving it 3 stars, assuming it could work for someone else. It is a very tiny bottle. And the balm had a nice smooth texture.

Chap no more!
Excellent way to lock in moisture. As someone plagued by dry, chapped lips, I’malways on the lookout for “the next best thing” to moisturize my lips. This product works. No unpleasant scent or taste, non-toxic ingredients, long lasting and effective. Best used after first applying a healing oil (Vitamin E or coconut oil) to seal in all that hydrating moisture. Will buy again.

Not only did the box look dirty and used, but the lip butter mask smelled and tasted horrible! No, I didn’t eat it, but when it’s on your lips, you can taste it. I’m a huge lover of lip balms and masks, and this is a hard NO. I’m just glad I didn’t give this as a gift because the recipient would not have liked it. 😝

I bought this product as a stocking filler for my 3 girls (2 x teenagers and 20yo). It is great! Nourishes lips overnight and they feel moisturised and smooth in the morning. Very happy – will be purchasing again.

I usually get chapped lips if the lip mask is not effective, I was using other brand butter mask for lips from Kiehls, and my lips were so soft, the minute it finished and I bought this one to try based on reviews here, my lips started getting dryer everyday and now I have chapped lips and this mask is not helping. Maybe works for other but unfortunately not for me.

This stuff is awesome! I had a BAD crack in the center of my bottom lip. By the 2nd night sleeping with the mask, it was healed beautifully! Got this to replace my Polysporing lip mask and I will never go back!

Even after 1 night using this I could feel a difference, it’s healed up some peeling/cracking on my bottom lip that wouldn’t go away before. Nice feel to the mask itself, neutral smell, and a little goes a long way.
