Easy to break apart if you want to do just a half a dose but it is a wonderful sleep. I break them in half or fourths for my kiddos. Tastes okay. Not super delicious but hey it’s a gummy! Lol! Good deal!

My son said they taste weird so although they’re strawberry they’re not that tasty LOL! I guess one benefit to that is maybe it’ll make kids not want more than 1 or try to get into the bottle for more. They do work great though. I sometimes worry about buying supplements online but these are true melatonin and an added bonus – they’re gluten free! My 6 year old has been having a lot of trouble falling asleep, he would keep getting up for almost 3 hours! Says he “can’t fall asleep”…. the first day I gave him these he didn’t get out of bed once! I give it to him about 10-15 minutes before bed. We brush teeth and read a book and I leave the room and poof he’s out! I wish I could do like 4.75 stars, because they are really great I just dock it a tiny bit for flavor.

Great vitamins!
I have been using VitaJoy gummie vitamins for a while now. Regular vitamins cause me to have an upset stomach, and are sometimes difficult to swallow. I decided to try these with melatonin as my doctor recently prescribed melatonin to help me sleep. I’m thinking this will cover all the bases. Help with my sleep patterns and get my daily dose of vitamins.

I was a little skeptical about these as I tend to avoid medications and like to let things happen naturally. My issue is waking up in the middle of the night and therefore not feeling refreshed the following day. I try not to take these daily so to not get reliant on them. I must say that on the nights I do use these (when I don’t fall asleep naturally within say 30 minutes) , I end up usually sleeping through the entire night without waking up. I get a deeper better night’s rest. I take 2 gummies. They also taste fantastic. I plan to repurchase these when I run out.
