Great for the cost.
I give 5 stars because these do work for me compared to like Olly or Naturol, but there was definitely some inconsistency between containers on flavor and smell. I have never gotten a container that smelled horrendous like some of these other reviews, but they were defintely “off.” Taste has always been fine. These mainly help keep me asleep for longer, as I have difficulty staying asleep because I work nights. I do like that these have ashwaganda. l-thanine, and valerian root all in one. I think 6mg of melatonin is a bit much, as sometimes I am groggy when I wake up. I wish this brand offered half the melatonin with the same full ingridient profile from the other ingriedients.

This does seem to work better than other brands I’ve tried. It does taste terrible, but I’m starting to get used to the taste and consider it worth the bad taste as it works well.

Need to work on the flavor
First off, a word about the flavor, which many other reviews mentioned. While it’s not awful, it’s not great either; kind of a mango/fruit type flavor, but not in a good way. It has an unusual smell right when you open the jar, which is a bit off-putting; again tho, the taste isn’t terrible, but could stand some improvement.As for the effectiveness, I will say it does seem to help me fall asleep quickly; moreso than most other sleep supplements I’ve tried. I start feeling sleepy about 15-20 minutes after taking it, and sleep pretty well through the night.

I purchase these 3 weeks ago! I’m huge on working out and staying healthy. So when i noticed that I was gaining weight around my abdomen I instantly knew the inly new thing I tried was these. Although it helps me sleep I have to give it zero stars because I have gained 6 lbs and it’s all around my waist.

Ignore other reviews on taste
I keep seeing reviews complaining about the taste, but it’s a supplement, not a bag of Haribo gummy bears. The taste is fine, and honestly, for something that finally helps me sleep, I’ll take it!

I didnt find the foul smell others did
gave 2 stars for now as ive not yet taken any. In response to the smell. I didn’t find them foul. Yes they do have a smell possibly because of the herbs used to make them.Will write another report later in the week after i’ve used them.so after haing these for a week and taking them. The taste isnt bad at all. And theres no foul odor.And since taking them i’m sleeping about 7hrs a night which is alot. My normal was 3 or 4 hrs a night.
