I recently purchased the Arboleaf Smart Weight Scale, and overall, I’m impressed. It’s easy to set up, and the large LED display makes it simple to read my weight and other metrics, even in low light. The scale tracks 14 body composition metrics, including BMI, body fat, and muscle mass, which is great for getting a more complete picture of my health.The readings seem accurate and consistent, and I appreciate how it syncs with the app, giving me a nice way to track my progress over time. I love all the information it gives you and you can see it all in your phone and actually even do calorie counting, etc. though I have not used it yet for that purpose. Very accurate not up and down with different numbers as you step on and off it even on the floor that’s slightly slanted.. looks great too!

Nice scale. easy to use. Great app. The measuring tape is excellent, has a tightening feature that gives you an accurate number. The scale gives a full body readout including BMI, bone, fat and body density.

Wow!! I’ve not owned a scale in decades. But, in my mid 40s and facing some pudge as well as the potential for related health issues, I was just looking for a basic scale to keep track of my weight (loss?).For an extra 20$ you get all this cool data and tracking.I’m not really speaking about the hyper accuracy of the info provided, it’s not a doctors office. But it seems pretty spot on. It’s astonishing how much it can read (even generally) from sending some tiny pulses around your body.Syncing with your phone is super easy and reliable — no issues with signals or sending in just over 2 weeks. It’s great to see how these values change and shift right on your phone … and having all this info does help you unconsciously even to be a bit more mindful about being healthy. I’m actually walking more (even if not working out, yet) and watching how much junk food i eat and even how junky I’ll allow my main meals to get.Perhaps the impact of the tech aspect on my habits will wane … but anything that gets me more in the mode of thinking about my health is worth it, especially given that it’s literally 20$ more than any other decent looking scale.

First time purchasing a “Smart” scale. It is an elegant looking piece that adds to our decor. It has worked well so far but to get all the expected measurements one needs to get on it bare feet. If you wear socks or slippers when you get on it, all it shows is your weight. You can also pair it with an app on your phone and save all sorts of information that it provides. There are other scales that offer more “body metrics” than this one but at a higher cost as well. This particular one gives 14 metrics of which I only really pay attention to 4 or 5, so I’m happy with the value I’m getting for what it cost.
