Occasionally, we all have trouble falling asleep. I don’t want harsh drugs for my children or myself, and warm milk just doesn’t seem to help.These are gentle enough I give to my 10 or old, and taste great!

Amazing Taste
These taste great, my kids said it taste like candy. (But they know they are not) 7yr old, 9yr old take 1. Gets them settled for a good night of sleep within 15+minutes sometimes less. My teen takes two, and that helps her settle down for sleep. I cut one in half for the 5yr old.
Love the product but two of the bags had burst open leaving crisps in the box. I would have been happy if they were salvageable but they were already stale/soggy. Sad. –

Tastes good. I have to go to bed at 8pm, which isn’t easy in summer months for sure. But i take this at 630pm, 1.5 hour after dinner, 1.5 hr before bed, 8pm comes and I can’t keep my eyes open.I only take 1. I think I may even look for a 1 mg melatonin. The longer I’ve taken it, the more I find that less is better. 5 mg causes restlessness and 10 mg causes nightmares and poor overall sleep. 2.5 mg puts me out and i feel good waking up after 7 hrs.

Soft, chewy and delicious! Smells like candy and works so fast!
These smell so good! They’re honestly a little dangerous because they smell just like candy. The texture of these are so soft and chewy. It also feels like they work incredibly fast because I am already sleepy after taking one less than 15 minutes ago! So it’s safe to say that they work so well for how strong they are.
