Beautiful and long lasting
I love the scent of this perfume. It’s floral with vanilla. The vanilla isn’t a fake, chemical smell. It smells like pure vanilla from a French bakery. It’s perfect for my everyday wear. This is one of the longest lasting scents I’ve purchased in quite a while. It does linger a long time on clothes and hair which I love.

Love at First Spritz
This is a delightful scent from first spray to dry down. For me, the Jasmine note comes through first, followed by the Bourbon Vanilla and Musk at dry down. However, I still pick up the perfect mingling of every note upon dry down. I find it both alluring and sophisticated, making it suitable for any occasion, day or night. It smells luxurious and expensive. I can’t stop sticking my wrist up to my nose, it’s such a beautiful fragrance. As for longevity, I’m kind of on the fence. My daughter didn’t notice the scent until I put my wrist up to her nose. She loved it, but after sprays on my wrists, the bends of my arms and behind my ears, I expected to exude the scent. After a couple of hours, I can no longer smell it either, but since I can’t trust my nose, I decided not to remove a star for longevity.

Nice scent
Nice scent but a little too musky for me. But I like the iris and bourbon vanilla notes. It’s definitely long lasting. It’s a little pricey. But if you like these notes, the cost is worth it.

I tried this in ulta and passed on it. But I ordered here and I love it. It is softer than the other fragrances they have but it’s nice. I don’t feel like it carries all day.

Love This French Perfume!
This is a fairly new fragrance and fairly expensive at department stores (in larger, fancier spray bottles). This small and very pretty container goes a long way – just spray on one wrist and transfer to the other wrist and behind the ears. I love it and so does my husband! No need to overspray for the right effect!

I purchased this Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Vanille Nude Eau de Parfum in the 100ml bottle based on reviews and a little research. I love vanilla perfumes and this is probably the nicest I’ve had so far (and I’ve tried a few over the years). It’s a delightful sweet complex fragrance that starts floral, no nasty alcohol dry down here, it then becomes a delicious musky vanilla, still with a floral note, but such a lovely mix of fragrance mixed perfectly. It’s made in Grasse in France, where all the very best perfumes are made by experts and you really can smell the difference in this quality perfume from other brands I’ve tried. It lasts too, it’s not a nose stinging type of perfume, it’s long lasting but not overpowering, my husband tried a little on his wrist and could still smell it on his watch days later. The bottle is beautiful too, a milky glass design with a lovely pink ribbon (each Lancôme La Vie Est Belle perfume type has different colour ribbons). I genuinely, wholeheartedly recommend this luxurious perfume if you, like me, love floral, sweet, vanilla perfumes that last all day, then I’m sure you will love it too.
