The “Lattafa Perfumes Bade’e Al Oud, Oud for Glory” perfume has easily got to be one of the best *stronger* perfumes I’ve ever owned. I constantly receive compliments whenever I’m wearing this perfume. I purchased the black bottle and could we just take a moment to appreciate the gorgeous detail on the product? It’s so beautiful, authentic and definitely makes it look more expensive than it is. Secondly, the price is decent for what you get, because it does last me around 12-16 hours (I only spray 3-4 spritzes because it’s quite strong). It is listed as being a unisex scent, however, be mindful because it leans a little more towards the masculine side, and it’s more of a cologne scent rather than a perfume.With that being said, I don’t regret the purchase at all and I usually pair it with my vanilla mist by “Victoria Secret” as a way to balance out the scents and bring some softness. If you prefer masculine scents, then by all means, go ahead and use it by itself (but remember that it’s powerful), and if you prefer a little bit of subtlety to your overall scent profile, maybe pair it with a lighter and sweeter perfume like I did. Vanilla is a good option, seeing as this does have a light hint of vanilla. I’d highly recommend this product!

Lattafa Shaheen Silver – Dark, earthy, patchouli-lover’s dream
Shaheen Silver instantly reminds me of two of my all-time favorite fragrances – Mancera Cedrat Boise and Montale Leather Patchouli. Even though leather isn’t listed in the notes, the combination of patchouli, oakmoss, and amber creates a distinctly leathery effect on my skin. To my nose, this fragrance is primarily earthy and woody, and it’s absolutely perfect for patchouli lovers like myself.The opening has a tiny burst of bergamot and cassis, giving just a hint of fruity sparkle that’s slightly sour in a really mouthwatering, addictive way. Then it very quickly it settles into what I would describe as deep, leathery patchouli with hints of cedar shavings, with that mossy amber warmth pulling everything together. It leans dark, masculine, and grounded, with just a slender, bright vein of juicy, fruity tartness running through it.Longevity is solid: I get about six hours before wanting another spray, and it lingers even longer on clothing or if I top it off.If you love earthy, woody, leather-adjacent fragrances, Shaheen Silver is a beautiful surprise, especially for the price. The bottle quality is also amazing; the bottle and cap are so heavy and beautiful.
