A Masterclass in Disappointment!
Zero affect as a sleep aide! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Read the bottle. Named melatonin, but listed as a dietary supplement with a suggested use at meal time. This product was a complete waste of money if you’re looking for a sleep-aide. I recommend tylenol pm’s or Costco’s Kirkland brand. Amazon reviews and photographs are so convoluted and misleading, that it’s hard to know which product(s) reviews are referencing. For me, it’s the gummies version, not a pill, capsule or dissolvable tablet. Do better amazon😢

I’m not a fan of the taste of these gummies. They have an odd aftertaste and the texture is very plasticky, probably from the carnauba wax. I tried these for a few days and they didn’t seem to have any effect on my sleep quality. I don’t think I will continue to take them. Maybe the strength of the dose is too low for me.

Of all the melatonin supplements I’ve tried, these “feel” the cleanest. As far as having a decent sleep, waking up on time without an alarm clock even, and not having a headache when I wake up. They do claim to be sugar free but use Maltitol syrup as the sweetener. That ingredient is also used in normal sugar free gummy bears as well, and I can eat my weight in gummy bears. I take them an hour before lying down to sleep and usually feel quite ready to lay down and start reading by then. I can barely make it through a chapter of a good book before starting to doze off at that point. They say they have 20MG of melatonin per serving but recommend two per day at 10MG per gummy. I’m not sure why it says to take them with meals, I’m not going to take any of these things with breakfast or lunch. They are strong enough to feel quite drowsy after about an hour. They actually taste good enough to eat in my opinion, and they don’t stick together at all. That makes them e easy to get out of the bottle without a fight.
