Essendo a dieta, cercavo un dispositivo che non si limitasse a rilevare il peso, ma che offrisse anche un’analisi più approfondita della composizione corporea.Dal punto di vista tecnico, la bilancia utilizza la bioimpedenziometria (BIA), grazie alla quale è possibile ottenere diversi parametri aggiuntivi, tra cui:Massa grassa (%)Massa muscolareAcqua corporeaBMIMetabolismo basaleMassa osseaLe misurazioni sono coerenti tra loro nei vari utilizzi, segno che i sensori funzionano bene. Naturalmente, come per tutte le bilance BIA domestiche, i valori vanno interpretati come indicazioni generali, ma risultano molto utili per seguire i progressi reali.L’app dedicata è intuitiva, con grafici chiari e una gestione semplice dello storico. La sincronizzazione via Bluetooth è abbastanza rapida e finora non ho riscontrato problemi. L’écran est bien lumineux, facile à lire, même le matin sans allumer la lumière.J’apprécie aussi le fait qu’elle soit stable, qu’elle ne glisse pas et qu’elle se calibre toute seule.
