Great product but huge package
I really like these gummies—they taste good enough, not like a candy but not bad for a supplement. These do seem like they provide a calming effect especially when used over time. I don’t like that they come in 15 or 30 count when you take 2 per dose, and the package was like half empty looking because it’s so big. But overall, it’s effective and not super costly to take every day. Very fast shipping to NorCal.

Sept 2025: New formula sucks! Older update: What matters as an adult is Quality Sleep!!!
Sept 2025:Formula changed and you can’t swallow or chew or gulp these extremely yucky gummies. Stuck hard in my teeth I felt like I was eating some kind of chemical. Stop your subscription and do not think of buying it!Older update: Ate these throughout my pregnancy and now continuing in my postpartum! It is the BEST thing that happened to me. These relax you, put you to sleep and get you sound and good quality sleep that your body needs. However, if you take these and do not sleep for 8 hours you will experience a headache next morning… make sure you take them early before sleeping and give yourself 8 hours of night sleep… this product is great for me!

gummy’s are now harder infirmary to chew with a different texture
Been consuming these over a year from Amazon.Been very happy using them no grogginess in the morning from taking too much melatonin.The latest shipments in September 2025 had a different texture to the Gummies and are firmer to chew and not as soft and gummy were with the original formula.I highly encourage the manufacturer to go back to the old formula.

Absolutely terrible. They changed the formula!!!
I have purchased these at my local drugstore for the last year and a half and they have been very helpful and taste great. The local drugstore was out of them.So I ordered them from Amazon. They changed the formula, the ones I received from Amazon do not look the same and the bottle is different. The gummy is not smooth like the on ein the Amazon picture, and they taste absolutely terrible and they’re not as effective as they were before.I hope they change him back to the way they were they do not work at all and taste absolutely terrible.The first picture is a picture of the ones I received. The second picture is the picture of the ones I have had before. They are the same as the picture on the amazon website.

Sticks to teeth, strange taste
They do help with sleep but I do not care for the taste and the gummies really stick to your teeth. I dont sleep all through the night. But they help me go to sleep a little faster.

Magnesium works better than just melatonin
Purchased these for young adult son at music festival – they worked better than melatonin, permitting sleep despite difficult (noisy) conditions. They are also friendlier than tablets.
